Shipping

  • Goods are shipped within Poland to InPost Parcel Lockers, DPD, and DHL Parcel Service Points, as well as delivered by InPost and DPD couriers.
  • We ship goods within 1–2 business days. During promotional periods, delivery times may be extended. If needed, you can write to hello@lipss.pl or message us on Instagram direct @lipss.pl.
  • Shipping cost:
    1. When paying on the website: InPost Courier – 15 PLN; InPost Parcel Locker – 12.50 PLN.
    2. Cash on delivery: InPost Courier – 17 PLN; InPost Parcel Lockers – 16.20 PLN.
    For orders over 100 PLN gross – free delivery to parcel lockers.
  • Goods for shipment are properly packed and secured. As standard, the parcel is packed in a branded white box with tape bearing the brand logo. Upon receiving the shipment, please check whether it was damaged during transport. If you detect any defects, damaged products, or missing goods, please contact us at hello@lipss.pl.

You can pay by card directly on the website (Przelewy24 / BLIK).

Return Policy for Ordered Goods

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day following receipt of your order, without having to give any reason. It is enough to send a written statement – you may use the form. If you wish to make a return, please send a message to the e-mail address: hello@lipss.pl. Our manager will contact you and answer all your questions regarding the return procedure.

The return must be made within 14 calendar days of withdrawing from the contract. The cost of return shipping is covered by the Customer. We do not accept cash-on-delivery shipments.

The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the statement of withdrawal from the contract. The funds will be returned in the same way the payment was made, unless you choose another, free-of-charge method.

You are responsible for any decrease in the value of the product if it was used in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to check its characteristics and functioning.
